We are happy that you are interested in mentoring the Femme Palette members and we can't wait to hear more about you and your experience. We are also incredibly grateful that you have decided to offer some of your time to provide guidance to women who are just at the start of their entrepreneurial journey and help them and their project grow. Being a mentor at Femme Palette means 12 hours commitment for 6 months. You should be able to meet with your mentee regularly for 1 hour every other week.

What are the next steps:

When we receive your application, we will get in touch with you via email to set up a call to get to know you, understand your preferences and tell you more about the program. We’ll evaluate on the call if you a good fit for the program. We’re looking for mentors who have at least 4 years of professional experience or built a business that has a stream of revenue.

By applying to be a mentor in our program, you acknowledge your understanding that:
a) mentees who enroll in the program are paying a fee to participate in the program, and
b) we are unfortunately unable to offer you a financial contribution for your mentoring time

The fees paid by our mentees simply help us cover the marketing and operational costs of our business -- they make this program possible. We believe strongly - and hope you do too - that there are many other benefits of being a mentor beyond financial compensation, including developing your leadership and management skills, helping inspire the next generation of leaders, giving back to your community, building additional professional relationships, learning new things, and more.
