Buffalo NASFiC 2024, and the staff and volunteers organizing its Masquerade competition, are gathering personal information necessary to the production, presentation and judging of said competition. This information includes names, mailing & email addresses, and telephone numbers. This information will be used to contact competition entrants in the event of questions about their entry information, or updated information about the competition, its rules, and its results. In addition, names as provided will be used with images of the entries to publicize the event results after its completion. You must opt in to this use of your personal information to enter the competition. You may review the record of what information we have about you at your request, and you may request that we delete your information up to 1 year after the convention by contacting masquerade@BuffaloNASFiC2024.org.
