Music For The Mind Sign Up!
Join us in a series of four workshops aimed to help manage stress and isolation with music.

Through a multitude of interactive activities, participants will learn about different genres of music and how making and listening to muc can alleviate stress. With exposure to different types of music, the audience will be able to determine what type of music speaks thee most to them when in certain moods. The activities include building instruments, guided breathing, creating graphic scores through visualization and making personalized playlists.

Sunday, August 8, 15, 22, and 29: 4:00pm - 5:00pm

Materials & Additional Information
Materials needed: Paper, writing utensil, electronic device are mandatory. Other materials that are good to have, but not mandatory include: toilet paper rolls, rubber bands, tape, uncooked rice, paper plates, scissors.
