2nd Semester 2022/2023 -  Class Change Form
Each request will be reviewed by your Counselor and determined if the class change is acceptable.  Classes have been balanced and few changes will be made at this time.  

Class Change Dates:
*Class Changes will start December 14th and go through the 19th.
*Class changes after December 19th will require a $5.00 Fee
*For those needing to meet with a counselor, you can set up an appointment through email.
