All pies must be submitted in person before 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 1st, 2022 to the Manor Park Community Center (100 Thornwood Road) in order to be considered. Pies are donated. Remaining slices will be sold by MPCC with all proceeds going back into the community centre.
Pies will be sampled and judged by a panel of prestigious judges. Pies will be rated on appearance, taste, and overall enjoyment. The winning baker will be announced at Rock the Block and will earn bragging rights and win a commemorative apron. Pies MUST be homemade. Bakers will include a list of ingredients, brief description (150 words), and describe how the pie reflects them. If the pie is coming from a business, a logo may be included.
ALL ARE WELCOME to participate. All ages and neighbourhoods are welcome.
Local businesses are welcome. Community organizations are welcome.
