Meals and Housing
Meals are provided from Saturday breakfast through Sunday lunch. Please tell us of any food allergies or preferences (e.g. vegetarian / vegan diet). The kitchen staff are very responsive and will provide alternatives as needed. 
Families with young children are housed together in one or two (adjoining) rooms, usually in cottages. Teenagers are housed in their own cottage with a few adult chaperones. Adults without children are housed in rooms in the Inn. Please indicate any housing preferences (e.g. quiet hall in Inn, space on floor for pack-n-play, accessibility issues, etc.)
Donation to Retreat 2022 Fund
The All-Church Retreat is a wonderful opportunity for us to be in community with each other. It is funded by our annual budget (your general pledges and offerings) and by donations to our Retreat Fund, so that we are collectively participating in the weekend, rather than asking each person to pay to attend. If those attending make a donation to the fund, on a sliding scale, we will raise the funds needed. 
  • $200 covers 80% of the church's cost for one adult staying both nights.
  • $100 covers 40% of the church’s adult cost, or 75% of one-night adult attendance, or 65% of a child’s attendance.
  • Donations of $300 (or more) ensure that the church can continue to offer this type of programming for all.
Please indicate how much you are able to donate to the Retreat Fund. We ask for a minimum donation of $25 per person, but please be in touch with us if you need to make a different plan. You can make your donation here, or send a check made payable to "First Church in Cambridge" with "Retreat Fund" in the memo line.
