Joyful Generosity + Serving Others
Members of Preston Meadow Lutheran Church can use this form to report to the ministry office where they served, how they served, with whom they served, and how many hours were put into the project.  The form will close at the end of the day on November 20, and the hours will be tallied following Thanksgiving.  We'll then send contributions in your honor to the organizations you designate.  Make sure to have the organization information necessary to help the ministry office with this task.  (Website/Address/Special Attention, etc).  Thank you, and BE JOYFULLY GENEROUS!
