Cardinal Booster Club fundraising events providing Middleton High School student-athletes, from our 28 athletic programs, with what they need to succeed. Funds raised will support our Strength and Conditioning Program, Team Uniforms and Travel, Sports Equipment, an Athlete Assistance Fund for athletes, and much more. As an area business or family group, you can support all MHS athletes while promoting your business and products to thousands of MHS families.

Advertising on big scoreboard during MHS Football games. $2500
  • MVP -  Digital logo at the Golf Outing, a hole sign, and four golfers at the golf outing and digital logo on TV’s near indoor and outdoor concessions for all MHS athletic events through 2024, & recognition in  booster club event programs and other materials.  $1000
  • VARSITY -   Digital logo at the Golf Outing. Recognition in booster club event programs and other materials. $500
