Take a closer look!  What hidden treasures can you find in the Pheasant Branch landscape?

Spring offers the delight of new life and marvelous discoveries! Join a Pheasant Branch Naturalist on May 1st  for a Walkabout through the prairie to the bubbling springs. We will search for budding trees, early plants, and evidence of creatures moving about.

This is a family-friendly event designed especially for children in preschool through 5th grade, with an accompanying adult.

PARKING: Dane County parking lot, 4864 Pheasant Branch Road
*See map on our webpage in the event description if unfamiliar with how to get to the parking lot.

GATHERING SPOT: Wooden bench near the kestrel house at the northern edge of the parking lot; look for a Naturalist at the edge of the parking lot to point you in the right direction!

WEATHER: We plan to proceed, rain or shine. Lightning or thunder means the event is canceled.
