This form must be filled out in order to reserve a space on the calendar and in the building.
This does not guarantee your group/event a date and time until confirmed by the administrator.  

After submitting your request, you will be contacted via email or phone to confirm your reservation.

We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but please understand that we must occasionally change room assignments to allow for the best use of our limited space.
