Please provide the following details to book your community garden or greenhouse box in the GROW Whistler program. Please read all the information carefully.

To secure a box please ensure you complete each of the following sections on this form:

        1)  Gardener Sign Up Form
        2)  Gardener Pledge
        3)  Participant Waiver
        4)  Payment for Your Box (clickable link will redirect you to payment page)

If we do not receive all elements of your application we can not secure you a box.

Box reservations are only secured once we confirm your box allocation. For greenhouse gardeners your seed order form will be sent when we confirm your box. To start planning your seed order you can see the seeds available on our website: www.awarewhistler.org/grow.

Deadline for return gardener and AWARE member registration is March 15 after which registration is open to all members of the community until the program is full. After we reach capacity at a site a wait list will be started.  

Each gardener commits to participate in the success of this program by volunteering a minimum of 4 hours/season. Come to two Worker Bee Wednesdays or any of the advertised volunteer gatherings to gain your hours. (Volunteer hours can be completed at any GROW site.)

Gardeners unable to commit to their community hours will be required to pay a $20 GROW maintenance fee at checkout or such person(s) will not be permitted a space in the GROW program the following year.
