Heartlight Spring Registration Form

Please Note:
- If you are signing up more than one child you will need to register and pay for them separately using the unique payment links provided via email.
- Please let your child's teacher know they will be attending Heartlight. This helps both the school and our Instructors ensure your child goes to the right place after school is out.
- Registrations take up to 24 hours to process. If you are paying on the day class starts your child's name may not be on the roster submitted to the school. For same day registrations please contact your child's school and/or after-school care provider to let them know your child is enrolled so they allow your child to participate.
- To be respectful of our instructors' schedules we ask that you pick your child up on time. Late Pick Up Fees may be applied for students who are not picked up at the end of class.

Students must not be left unattended on campus. Please be sure to pick up your child on time, immediately after class ends. Students are expected to follow school and Heartlight rules during class.
