Parent Helper Jobs - 2022

Dear Parents,

There are many opportunities for parents and family members to contribute and participate in our school community. Below are listed some of the ways you can assist. Some of the jobs are eligible for volunteer family fee discount points.

Our volunteer family fee discount is $200 (40 Points), 5 points is equal to $25. Please note that some of the jobs require you to have a Working with Children Check (WWCC). If you are willing to help in any of these areas please fill in this form.

Most of the roles below have been filled for 2022.
Canteen Coordinator (1) 40 points - Not Filled
P & F Core Committee Member (eg. President, Vice President, Secretary) 40 points each
Playgroup Coordinator (1) 40 points
Year Level Family Liaisons 40 points
Catering Coordinator (1) 40 points
Breakfast Coordinator (1) Christmas, Mother's Day & Father's Day. 40 points

NAME *

The following volunteer jobs are NOT eligible for volunteer points but we appreciate assistance filling them. Please select the jobs you are able to assist with:

Library - cover new books - Books are sent home with your child termly.

Library Reshelving - Your name will be added to a roster which is advertised in the newsletter.

Assist with Arts Program - Must have a WWCC

Meals on Wheels - Driver to accompany 2 students (Yr 3-6) - Must have a WWCC

The following jobs ARE eligible for volunteer points. Please select the jobs you are able to assist with:

Parent & Friends - Food Donations for funerals & school events or Food Bank meals for families in need. You will be contacted when required. (5 points per donation)

Parents & Friends - Assist at Catering Events - This may involve food preparation, waitressing, set-up/clean-up etc. You will be contacted when required. (5 points per hour.)

Parents & Friends - Canteen Helper- This year canteen will operate on FRIDAY. Canteen duties start are from 10.30am and 11.30am Your name will be added to a roster. (5 points per hour).

Parents & Friends - Students' Special Lunch Helper- (5 points per hour)

Parents & Friends - Folk Festival BBQ (11th- 14th March). The 'Folky BBQ' is a major P&F fundraiser, a separate form has beeb sent out detailing all the different ways you can assist. https://forms.gle/pjc4byzSzqq4B5te8
