Thank you for your interest in the AWE "Interpersonal Dynamics". This course will be highly interactive and will mostly include experiential learning. This means that we are not only discussing theory but experience the dynamics of us in and in relation to a group. Theories and concepts that will be used in this class are rooted in the work of the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations and the National Training Laboratories of Applied Behavioral Science (NTL).
Finalizing this document might take up to an hour. You can not save it and continue in-between. Please make sure, that you have the time to complete it and that your internet connection is stable. You can also scroll down, look at the questions and complete them offline in word and then come back and copy them into the form. Only completed applications will be considered. It is important that you are willing to provide others in the group feedback about their behavior and impact on you and that you are willing to receive feedback from others about your behavior and its impact on them.
Experiential learning can be emotionally stressful at times and it is important, that you are aware of that. If you are in therapy right now or take medication, or have been during the last 12 months, please discuss your participation in this course with your therapist / doctor and get a written consent, that s/he sees now risk in your participation.
If you have applied and were admitted and undergo therapy afterwards, please see me immediately to be able to pass the course without participation. You have the opportunity to compensate for non attendance.
The reason why I am using this form is to create maximum diversity among the participants. The selection and admission will take place based on the information you provide and they will not be shared in the group.
I am looking forward to reviewing your application and to see you in class!
