IMMERSE, brought to you by The Creative City Project, brings the heart of Orlando to life with hundreds of artists, performers, and art installations. Expanding to 3 days this year, with the addition of Color Day, IMMERSE takes over Downtown Orlando October 15th - October 17th!

We're looking for people who are passionate about the arts and events, and who are interested in volunteering to help bring that art to life! Volunteering the required amount of hours earns you access to both days of IMMERSE and the separately ticketed IMMERSE installation, JOYBOX, as well as a free t-shirt, and an unforgettable experience.

*Must be 18+ to Volunteer*



We're doing things a little bit differently this year since we know plans can change leading up to the festival.
We'll do our best to accept as many volunteers as we can, but spaces are limited this year.

To volunteer at IMMERSE it is REQUIRED to have received an acceptance letter and to have attended 1 training session. At the training session, positions and schedules will be confirmed and teams will be placed.
Preferred positions are not guaranteed.

Ticket Greeters
Stage Runners
VIP
Bar
Production
Creative Color Team
IMMERSE Ambassadors

In every position volunteers are helping patrons find their way as they journey through all of IMMERSE, facilitating creative encounters between patrons, performers, and installations, and making sure things run smoothly to ensure the ultimate guest experience. We hope to see you volunteering at IMMERSE 2021!



Need to Know Info:
Event Dates: Oct 15-17th
Volunteer Days: (Oct 14th Set-up/Tear Down Team only), Oct 15th, Oct 16th, Oct 17th
Event Times: Event Times:
Fri/Sat: 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM,
Sun (Color Day Only): 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Volunteer Scheduled Training:  Evening of Oct 8th or Morning of Oct 9th for 1.5 Hours
Minimum Required Volunteer Hours: 8 Hours total: (2) 4 hour shifts during the 3 day event.



Shift Hours:

Set-Up/Tear Down Team Shift Times (Oct 14th &17th):
Shift 1: TBA (In the Afternoon/Evening of Oct 14th)
Shift 2: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Oct 17th)


Color Day Shift Times (Oct 17th):
*Color Day Volunteers complete their full 8 hours in 1 shift.*
Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (with a 1-hour break)


All Other Teams Shift Times (Oct 15th & 16th):
*Volunteers will have both shifts, rotated between days.*
Shift 1: 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Shift 2: 6:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Schedule Example:
Purple Group
Day 1 - 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Day 2 - 6:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Blue Group
Day 1 - 6:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Day 2 - 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM



If you're interested in volunteering for IMMERSE 2021, follow these steps:

Step 1: Submit this IMMERSE 2021 Volunteer Interest form
Step 2: The IMMERSE 2021 Availability Confirmation and Position Preference form will be emailed within 3 days of completing the interest form.
(Action required - Complete Form)

Step 3: Sept 27th Acceptance Letters, Tentative Schedule, and Training Date Selection [Evening of Oct 8th or Morning of Oct 9th] emailed. (Action Required- Select Training Date)

*MUST RECEIEVE ACCEPTANCE LETTER TO VOLUNTEER*
*If you sign up after the 27th, you will be emailed the IMMERSE 2021 Availability Confirmation and Position Preference form within 3 days. Acceptance letters will be sent within 3 days of receiving the Availability Confirmation and Position Preference form.*
