It's great that you want to be a helper at the Welcome Day 2022. Thank you!
The Welcome Day will take place on Monday, September 19, 2022. We need help with the following tasks:
1) Mentoring: you will show a group of about 10 students around campus
We will need helpers for all three Masters (CompSc, DataSc, CybSec)
Working time: approx. 13:30PM - 16:30PM
Note: We will brief you extensively beforehand on the places that you should cover (HG and CAB), so don't worry if you didn't see a lot of uni in the last year.
2) BBQ: As a BBQ master, you and other helpers will provide the first-year students with delicious BBQ food in the evening.
Working time: from about 16:00PM - open end (we will use a shift systems, so not the whole time)
You are welcome to sign up for several tasks and we will assign you as needed. For each task there will be a short briefing at the beginning.
We will take all necessary measures regarding COVID-19 to ensure the health and safety of all volunteers and new students. Depending on the developments, there is a possibility that we will also adjust the program accordingly.
