Festival Days Theme: Celebrating 130 years of commUNITY
Setup location options: Town Square or Holiday Village Mall
Booth size: 10'x10' (limit 2)

Registration fee: $20 chamber members / $30 non-chamber members
- We will allow one vendor from each home-based company at each location. This allows more people to participate and spread vendors out around town.
- Crafters and Vendors may not transfer, sell or lease their space to anyone without permission from the Havre Area Chamber of Commerce
- Booth space is limited to two (2) spaces per vendor
- Registration fee is non-refundable, no exceptions
- Registration and payment deadline is 9/13/23
- Payments may be made by cash, check, or card: mail payments or stop by our office 130 5th Ave, Havre, MT 59501 Mon-Fri 9am-3pm *3% fee for CC payments

- Booth spaces are limited and there are no reserved spots. Show up early the day of the market to get your preferred spot.
- All vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, canopies and anything else needed to complete your display
- Canopies are allowed but may not be staked into the grass to prevent damage to the underground sprinkler system
- No smoking in booths or the market area
- Pets are not allowed
- Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their spaces clean, and disposing of trash in the appropriate receptacles
- Do not tear down your booth until 1pm. This is not good for the customers or other vendors
- Electricity is available at the mall, you need to provide your own extension cords
- Please remove vehicles from the market area as soon as you are done unloading
- Vendors must be setup with vehicles removed by 7:45am
- Please avoid parking in parking spaces near Town Square to allow customers access to the market
- Electricity is not available at Town Square, you must provide your own electricity

- Booth spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Register early to get your preferred spot, booth location requests will be taken into consideration but not guarantied.
- All vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, canopies and anything else needed to complete your display
- Canopies are allowed with prior authorization due to canopy space being limited
- Due to fire regulations, please stay within your allotted space and do not use aisle areas or block doorways
- No smoking in booths, display areas or buildings
- Pets are not allowed
- Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their spaces clean, and disposing of trash in the appropriate receptacles
- Do not tear down your booth until 5pm (Mall). This is not good for the customers or other vendors
- Electricity is available at the mall, you need to provide your own extension cords
- Vehicles are not allowed inside the mall building for loading or unloading
- Please remove vehicles from the loading/unloading zone immediately after unloading to allow other vendors access to unload.
- Vendor parking is located on the backside (northside) of the mall and east half of the parking lot
- Vendors must be setup with vehicles moved from the loading/unloading zone by 9:45am
