League Fees & Payment Structure. 2021-2022 League Fees are $2,476 + GST per team. The Payment schedule will be broken down into 5 installments of $520. The first payment is due upon registration and the following four installments will be due on Oct 15, Nov 15, Dec 15 and January 15 respectively. Silver Eye Sports will issue an invoice for the first installment after receiving this form submission. In the event of any government mandated lock downs, we will adjust the payment schedule accordingly. As team manager/captain it is your responsibility to ensure that league fees are paid on time. *
