The Renter shall be responsible for the costs of any repairs from damages, or excessive cleaning of the venue, whether or not it was caused by associates, guests, invitees, contractors, and all other persons whatsoever who enters the venue during the rental period, whether or not the owner had knowledge or gave consent or if such persons entered the venue with or without the Renter’s permission. 

The Renter’s liability will also include the cost of any legal actions, and/or loss of reputation, or loss of rental opportunities the Township may incur as a consequence of the actions of the Renter or any other persons attending the event while the Renter is in control of the venue. 

The Renter agrees to conduct its activities upon the premises within the law ,and so as not to endanger any person entering and to defend, indemnify and hold harmless to the Township against any and all claim, demand, suite, loss, cost of expense , or any damage which may be asserted, claimed, or recovered against or from Renter by reason of any damage to property, personal injury, or bodily injury, including death, sustained by any person whomsoever and which damage, injury or death, sustained by any damage to property, personal injury, or bodily injury, including death, arises out of or is incidental to or in any way connected with the performance of this agreement, and regardless of which claim demand, damage loss, cost of expense if caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Renter, or by third parties, or by the agents, servants, employees or factors of any of them.
