On successful registration, the reseller agent (RS) will get an Agent ID as a valid reseller (RS).

Reseller agents (RS) will enjoy a fixed discount on each item ordered. Prices may change from time to time.

Any photos/videos for marketing purposes, will be provided by Emerald Exclusive through the RS Telegram channel.

Emerald Exclusive (HQ) will share tips for the purpose of improving the sales skills of each RS agent to be more productive through the Telegram channel.

Do not share any information to third parties. If there is any abuse of this link, HQ reserves the right to cancel your RS ID.

Shipping cost will be calculated automatically according to the area and weight of the parcel.

Items will only be sent to the courier after payment is completed. Orders before 2 pm (working days) will be sent to the courier on the same day.

For add-on name products, please specify the details in the custom name field below according to the format provided. Your order will be processed only when HQ receives complete information about the custom name design.

HQ reserves the right to change, amend and change all policies, terms and conditions as it deems necessary from time to time.

HQ reserves the right to cancel your RS agent status if the account is inactive (no sales) for a certain period of time.
