This is application to Erasmus+ non-formal learning Youth Exchange. YE is open to people between the ages of 25 and 30.

Kultur & Art is the coordinating organization and responsible for all technical, logistical and administrative matters around the project.

The Get Your Own Picture programme is funded by the European Commission.

Participants applying for this project should*:

- Open to challenge themselves for learning in the intense programme of the training (sometimes even 18 h per day :))

- Ready to organize at least one follow-up activity using the experience from this YE (individually or together with another person from the same country) within 3 months after the YE.

Please take note of the following conditions that will apply as you register to take part in the YE *

I have read carefully the practical information (mentioned in info-pack) regarding the YE and am aware about the conditions of participation in it.

I commit myself to participate in the whole process, including: - to prepare myself carefully for the YE and to do all remote preparation work the team will ask for; - to take part in the full duration of the training course - sometimes even 12 h per day... (In case you are not able to attend some session due to health reasons, please immediately inform about that the organizers. In case of skipping parts of the programme without informing us on that, you will not be reimbursed the travel expenses.); - to participate in the evaluation and implement at least 1 follow-up activity in my country.

I am aware that obtaining a health and a full travel insurance are my own responsibility and at my own expenses. I understand that the information I provided on my special needs does not remove my own personal responsibility for ensuring my own health.

If I cancel my participation, I abide myself to inform about it immediately so the organizers can find a suitable replacement.

We are going to take a participation fee of 50 euros from each participant. I agree, Kultur und Art records the workshop session and uses the material in video documentation about the project.

I agree that my personal data can be processed and kept in a database of Kultur und ArtInitiative e.V. for the documentation connected with the Youth Exchange “Get Your Own Picture”.
