Purpose
The purpose of the Encore Performing Arts Foundation is to remove financial barriers for both recreational and competitive dance in our local community by providing financial assistance to programs & students at Encore. Financial assistance to students is provided yearly or quarterly via scholarships. Scholarships will be awarded to individual students who demonstrate both a strong work ethic in and out of the studio and have a need for financial assistance.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a general scholarship from the Encore Performing Arts Foundation, students must be enrolled in any after school program or academic program at Encore. Verification of enrollment will be done by the Board working in conjunction with the administrative staff at Encore.
Award Process
Application: To apply, please fill out the following standard application form. If you are unable to complete this online form a copy of the application and supporting materials should be sent to the Encore Performing Arts Foundation office at: Encore Dance Studio,737 E Harbor Dr A, Warrenton, OR 97146. Applications may also be emailed to getyoudancing@gmail.com with the subject “EPAF Scholarship Application”.
Application Deadline: Applications for the Encore Performing Arts Foundation General Scholarship are available anytime for submission. Scholarships will be awarded quarterly (January-March, April-June, July-September & September-December) or yearly (September-June) based on individual request and available funds.
Award Distribution: Recipients will be announced at the beginning of each quarter. Funds awarded are for use during the next quarter.
Amount: The Encore Performing Arts Foundation is awarding scholarships based on need and funds available. This will be determined and announced when the recipients are notified.
