Winter/Spring 2024 Class Registration Form for Books and Me Library
HEALTH GUIDELINES: Books and Me Library follows Santa Clara County health advises.  We highly recommend patrons wearing masks while in our facility.

MEMBERSHIP: The enrichment classes and programs at Books and Me Library are only open to registered member families.  You need a valid Books and Me Library card number to register classes.  If you don't have one yet, please click here to apply one.  If you forgot your Library Card number, please email librarian@zhaoyu.org.

CLASS INFORMATION: Class group and other information of each class are available on flyers:

Please review the flyers to choose the right group for your student.  Email librarian@zhaoyu.org if you have further questions.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: Register and pay before Saturday, December 16, 2023 and if your invoice total is more than $240, you will qualify for Early Bird Discount.  More detail below.

PAYMENTS: After you complete this registration form, you will receive a PayPal invoice for payment within TWO BUSINESS DAYS.  Please make the payment asap.  Your spot is NOT secured until you made the payment.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Regular class registration deadline is TWO BUSINESS DAYS before your first day of the class.  New students for Abacus and Art classes are recommended to register ONE WEEK before first day of the class in order to pick up/prepare materials.  Regular registration after the deadline will be automatically postponed for one week.

RUSH SERVICE: Rush registration may be approved case by case.  Please email librarian@zhaoyu.org to make a request.  If approved, a $10 rush fee will be charged per student per class session.

MATERIALS for ART and ABACUS classes: please read individual class flyers (linked above) for materials.  Please prepare Art materials in advance.  New Abacus students are recommended to register at least one week in advance to allow time to pick up materials before the class starts.
