Mayfield Independent Schools Application For Supplemental School Year 2021-22
Last month, the state of Kentucky passed Senate Bill 128 that will allow K-12 students to apply for a supplemental school year in response to the pandemic-related disruptions in education.  The supplemental school year allows students to repeat, retake or supplement courses or graded levels already completed.  All applications must be submitted to Mayfield Board of Education by April 30, 2021 for consideration.  The Board of Education will review the applications and make a determination to grant the supplemental school year by Jun 1, 2021.  (One child per form)
