8th Grade HAWKLIFE Shadow Visits - Fall 2021

PARENT(S)/GUARDIAN(S) - Please complete the form below to schedule your 8th grader's HAWKLIFE Shadow Visit at the Prep. You will receive an email confirmation within a few days of submitting your request.  The email will confirm the date of your son's visit and details about what to do when you arrive, etc.  In the meantime, you can always reach out to the Office of Admission at admissions@sjprep.org or by calling 215-978-1958.

Your son should be dropped off at the Prep's 18th Street Lobby no later than 8:15am and must be picked up at 2:45pm.  Specific directions about pick-up/drop-off, dress code, etc will be in your confirmation email.

In addition, families can stay for a tour of the Prep on the same morning as their son's shadow visit from 8:30am to 9:30am. Parents do NOT need to complete a separate registration form for a tour on the same day as their son's shadow visit. Simply answer "YES" on the Parent Tour question below.  The tour will start in the Office of Admission.

If you are a current 9th grader or 10th grader at another high school and would like to shadow the Prep this fall, please email admissions@sjprep.org or call 215-978-1958 to set up a shadow day.  Please do not use this form as it is geared toward 8th grade applicants.
