Congratulations!  You have been invited to an  The Painted Toolbox Workshop.  I'm sure you will love your piece and have fun while making it.  Before the class, there is some information I need.  Please submit this questionnaire before the date I give you.  I will have  your customized project and vinyl letters which will be used as a stencil for you to make your piece.
