Pearl Prep must know where each student is to go after school each day for the first week of school. Please submit a questionnaire for each Pearl student in your family by August 17th. Thank you!

*Please Note: Bus arrival times are TBD. We will announce arrival times once they are confirmed. We understand that after the first week of school, your plans may change. We will follow-up later to confirm permanent after school plans with each family.


Option Definitions:

Signee:  A Singee listed on the student's information card (contacts you listed on your application) will pickup my child immediately after school. Any student on this plan who is not picked up within 10 minutes from the time school ends will be enrolled in After School Dolphin Club.

Dolphin Club:  My child should attend Dolphin Club after school and will be signed out by a Signee.

Bus to Kare Activities:  My child should attend Dolphin Club after school then take the Kare Bus to their Kare activities.

Take-home Bus:  My child should attend Dolphin Club after school then take the Kare Bus and get off at Wingate Park, Pacific Christian Center or another approved bus stop and be immediately pickup by a Signee.
