Amplify Math is an in-development Grades 6-8 and Algebra 1 program that is available to field trial starting October 1, 2020. As the program is in-development, your feedback is vital to the final product created. We look forward to partnering with you and other teachers and schools to create a game-changing math program.

Some background information for you before completing this application.
Below is a list of what you will receive as a field trial participant:
1. Teacher Edition: Printed (and PDF), with lesson plans for each lesson to support print and digital implementation. (Shipped to you.)
2. Teacher Digital: Slides for all lesson activities. Access to all student digital work for monitoring, reviewing, and presenting.
3. Student Edition: PDFs to print on demand from the platform, or order student packets shipped to you.
4. Student Digital: Slides for all lesson activities and practice. Allows for a fully online experience for students to do all work.
5. Assessments: Post-unit assessments, in print and digital format.

Expectations of field trial participants:
1. Commitment to complete at least one full unit, including pre- and post-unit assessments.
2. Attend virtual product training and professional development sessions for on-boarding and initial training.
3. Willingness to provide weekly feedback on lessons.
