To further populate the rumor mill (and the pool for rumor cards), we allow players to submit rumors about their characters that will be added to a pool we will randomly draw from each month for printing rumor cards.

You will receive 2 XP for submitting 5 total rumors about your character. Of those, 2 rumors that are positive (and true), 2 rumors that are negative (and true), and 1 rumor that is patently false. The false rumor can be good or bad, but it must be completely untrue.

These rumors may only be submitted once per character, and the awarded XP is non-transferable.
