The Parents Association are inviting parents to express interest in their children attending a new initiative called "KETNS Active club". 

The aim of the active club is to provide children with a taster of a number of sports/activities which will be run by volunteer parents.

For now we are trying to determine how many children would be interested in attending the active club.  Please complete the form for each child.
