1.Student completes form below
2. MCD-BIO undergrad Advisers review that the student has catalog rights to 2016-2017
3. MCD-BIO undergrad Advisers change major catalog to 2016-2017 in students AIS student portal
4. MCD-BIO undergrad Advisers email college advisers to request they change the catalog year for GE requirements to 2016-2017
5. MCD-BIO undergrad Advisers email confirmation to student that every thing has been changed
6. Student can view academic advising report and see that catalog year has been changed and the DC can now be satisfied by BIOE 107 + BIOE 109 (Note Winter and Spring 2020 are the last two quarters that BIOE 107 + BIOE 109 can satisfy the DC, after that you must complete the new DC requirements).
