Keene Perspectives RBT Supervision Log
This log is designed to track RBT Supervision hours for all Keene Perspectives RBT Supervisees. Each RBT must obtain ongoing supervision for a minimum of 5% of the hours spent providing behavior-analytic services per month. Effectively, this is 5% of the time that you are providing direct, meeting with supervisors, and in staff meetings and trainings.

Additional documentation regarding tracking requirements can be found on the BACB website, or for a quick reference, please see the information listed at the bottom of the form.

As a reminder, all RBTs are expected to follow all aspects of the ethical code. Please review here as needed or talk with a supervisor if you have a situation that you are not sure about.

Supervisor: Please list the supervisor that provided supervision during this time period.
Here are some supervision activities that you can count as your time. Some RBT supervision activities may include the following:

• Working with your supervisor to develop performance expectations for yourself
• Observation of your work with a client, behavioral skills training (your practicing skills with a supervisor), and receiving/integrating performance feedback
• Modeling technical, professional, and ethical behavior
• Building upon your problem-solving skills, function-based thinking skills, and ethical decision-making repertoires in the moment
• Review of written materials (e.g., daily progress notes, data sheets) with a supervisor
• A supervisor helping to evaluate the effects of your behavior-analytic service delivery
• Ongoing discussion and evaluation of the effects of supervision on your skill development
The structure of supervision: What can it look like?
Supervision (a BCBA providing ongoing training and feedback to an RBT) must include:

* At least 2 face-to-face, real-time contacts per month (These can be a meeting during NB time or during 97155 program modification when you are in direct).
* The supervisor must observe the RBT providing services in at least one of the monthly meetings. In-person, onsite observation is preferred. However, this may be conducted via web cameras, videoconferencing, or similar means in lieu of the supervisor being physically present. Although only one observation is required, the BACB encourages direct observation of service delivery as much as possible.
* At least 1 of the 2 supervision sessions must be individual (i.e., RBT and supervisor), but the other may occur
in a small-group meeting. Small-group meetings are interactive meetings in which 2-10 RBTs who share similar
experiences participate. Our staff meetings and trainings count toward this when we are in small groups of 10 or less working together.
Documentation Requirements for RBTs: There are ongoing requirements for you to maintain your credential and it is your responsibility to track and monitor these requirements. Please talk to your supervisor or the KP credentialing coordinator with any questions. The BACB website also has information for your reference.

These documents will be stored and maintained digitally within Keene Perspectives.
