Summer Camp 3 - Registration
If you complete this form,  your child will be registered for camp #3.  You will be invoiced $75 that is due upon receipt to hold your child's spot.  Deposits are non-refundable.  The $100 balance is due no later than 2 weeks before camp.  Child must be atleast 4 years of age.  Campers are ages 4 - 11.
