The marketplace allows local farmers,
ranchers and craftspeople an additional opportunity to sell their wares
during the fall and winter months.

Vendor Spaces: Each vendor must provide their own booth set-up including tables
and chairs. Each space is approximately 8' x 8'. Spaces are available on a first come
first served basis - applications are time stamped for this purpose and are
processed accordingly. Spaces will be assigned by event coordinators. Special
requests will not be guaranteed. Payment in full for all dates are due
no later than 14 days after receipt of invoice, if payment is not made within
14 days, the vendor will be dropped from the market unless payment arrangements
are made. No vendor space reservation will be held until the application
has been approved and the invoice is paid in full. Once your application has
been processed and approved, you will receive an invoice via WAVE in your
email. If your application is not approved, you will receive an email
indicating you have been placed on the waitlist.
Cancellation: No refunds will be given for cancellations requested
after 5pm on December 16. 2023. Vendors are prohibited from adding
additional vendors/sellers not indicated on their application. Vendors are
prohibited from selling, trading, or subletting their space without written
consent from Simplicity 307 Vendor & Event LLC. All Food Vendors are
required to be in full compliance with the Wyoming Food Freedom Act as well as
all Laramie County Department of Health requirements. It is strongly recommended
that each vendor carry individual business insurance.
Set-up times: 7am each Saturday 2 hours prior to market
opening. All vendors must be set-up and ready to sell by 9am. Tear
down will not begin until 2:00pm. Vendors who tear down early may not be
considered for future markets. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their
space, including removing space markers from the floor. Vendors are
required to keep their displays neat and professional looking. All tables must
be covered with a tablecloth or other fabric covering that is long enough to
hide any stock or bags stored underneath.
Vendor parking: Once you have unloaded, please move your vehicle away from the
building to allow customers room to park.
Additional information: No blinking lights are permitted in vendor displays. Please
minimize the distribution of scents and smells from products to allow those
customers with medical conditions to shop freely. Please do not bring young
children into the vendor booths for the duration of the show, nursing infants
are welcome, as are short visits from family.
Costs: Vendor space: $45 per market.
