Accessible Pedestrian Signal Request - Utah (Existing UDOT Traffic Signals Only)
Request form for prioritizing installation of Accessible Pedestrian Signals (APS) in Utah. APS are devices that provide auditory, visual, and vibrotactile information to pedestrians who are blind or who have low vision, who may also have hearing loss, so they can know when they should begin to cross at a signalized intersection. UDOT has funding to convert appropriately 10% of our signals over to APS each year and request assistance in helping us prioritize the locations.

This request form is to help prioritize APS installations at existing UDOT traffic signals only.
