Fill out the form below, and a Youth Services staff member will reach out to your via email to confirm your registration once we approve your talent. PLEASE NOTE, you must be able to attend the dress rehearsal on the evening of Thursday, July 20, as well as the Talent show on the evening of Thursday, July 27. If you have questions, please call 630-879-1393 ext. 500 to reach the Youth Services Department.
