If you are in need of a scholarship for your child please fill out this form.  ORSC will review your form an get back to on our decision.  ORSC may offer a scholarship to your child, but can not guarantee a spot on a team, even if we agree to waive your tuition fee.  Often teams fill up and we register all players based on first come basis.
