We are very excited to get back on the road for the new school year, meeting all of the amazing girls across Ireland.  

Please fill out the below information and we will be in touch to confirm a date and time with you.

Please note: 
  • Workshops are 1.5 hours long. 
  • We can facilitate up to 100 students per workshop with a max of 2 workshops per day - we are however open to discuss options for facilitating more than 2 workshops. 
  • Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis and a completed booking form (which will be sent to you via email from the Shona team) is the only way to secure a booking.
  • There is no availability for workshops from the 2nd of October to the 20th of October 2023 inclusive. This is to facilitate our SHINE Festival that will be happening on the 11th & 12th of October, 2023. 
  • Next available date for our Kindness & Goal-Setting workshop is December 2023.
  • Available dates for our Confidence & Mindset workshop is much more flexible from September.

Please Note:

  • While we believe that our workshops provide insightful discussion for all, we do understand that not all students will feel comfortable with our female-focused content. Therefore, we would appreciate it if, prior to our visit, all students are notified of the themes discussed within. This will provide them with the opportunity to opt out if necessary.

  • Please speak to us about the practicalities of the workshop and how we can ensure safety.

  • We ask that a school guidance counsellor be available in the rare event of a situation requiring follow up.
  • We require a screen (with sound) in a loose seated room. Students will need a pen or pencil to complete worksheets only.
