Summer Camp 2024 Withdrawal Request
Please submit one form per camper that you are wishing to withdraw.

REFUND POLICY:

The NEISD/Kids' Camp Refund Policy applies to ALL CANCELLATIONS AND WITHDRAWALS, whether submitted at the request of a parent or guardian or due to an administrative withdrawal. If you are unable to attend the camp session, we are happy to refund tuition, less a 5% processing fee, when you cancel your camp session the week before the camp starts. The deadline to request a refund is 5:00 PM on the Tuesday prior to the camp start date. 

The Kids’ Camp office will review all refund requests received by the deadline. Refunds will not be issued for any days where services are unavailable due to camp closures. Camp staff cannot authorize or approve requests for refunds. Kids' Camp will not issue partial refunds for any reason nor prorate fees for absences, withdrawals done after the deadline, immediate pick-up due to behavior or illness, camp closures, suspensions, or dismissal from camp. All withdrawals done after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Please allow 10-business days for the review of your request and up to 14-business days for processing.
