This application form for Youth Workers under ‘Nature Connected Youth Project’
Turkish-German Youth Bridge Model Project 2020

As indicated in this Call (shorturl.at/gkIXY), ’Nature Connected Youth’ is a youth exchange project that will take place online among young people aged 18 to 27 years old from Germany and Turkey, aiming to develop intercultural learning and dialogue by using nature observation and art.

Dates: 12/10/2020 - 21/10/2020
Number of Working Days: 10
Participants : 10 young people and 2 youth worker from Germany and Turkey

Youth workers will be participants beside some additional task during the project like facilitation and mentoring for young people.

How?

- Before the exchange starts there will be preparation meeting. In this meeting everything will be defined and clarified in detail.
- During the exchange, there will be simple activities, games that participants build nature observation skills, each youth workers will be responsible from group of 5 young people to be connected each other and with the whole group
- Beside, in each day youth workers will be mentoring reflection groups for their small sized group.
- Finally youth workers will work together simultaneously with the exchange program to build team work and intercultural learning for the group (exc. implementing building team work activities, games, intercultural learning sessions)  If you are interested in nature observation while exercising your facilitation skills, you are welcome to apply!
