Downtown light poles are available for use - even if your business is NOT located downtown. There are only 27 poles available and those will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Christmas Trees may be located on the poles, in front of your business, or in your business window.

Rules & Guidelines:

1. This contest is open to ALL Park Hills Businesses and Residents. Anyone is welcome to participate!

2. To register, complete this form. There is a $10 fee to enter. Cash, check or money orders can be dropped off at 12 Municipal Drive Park Hills, Attn Downtown Park Hills Association, Rachel.

3. Create your Christmas and have it up for display no later than DECEMBER 9, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. Then call Rachel at 573-430-8696, to let us know your Christmas Tree is ready for photographing.

4. Christmas Trees will be allowed on light poles (with an assignment from the DPHA) near your storefront, or inside your business front window. Please refrain from blocking sidewalk accessibility.

5. Other accessories are allowed for decorating around your Christmas Tree, but again, we ask that you please do not block access to sidewalk traffic. You are free to express your creativity and originality, but we ask that your tree represent your business, organization or family and be in good taste, suitable for display at a family event. The design of the tree is to be harmonious and in originality of the Christmas Tree theme. The Downtown Park Hills Association reserves the right to remove any decorations not meeting this criteria.

6. Notify the Downtown Park Hills Association as soon as your Christmas Tree is ready and a rep will be by to take a photo of your entry. We will post all photos on the Downtown Park Hills Association's Facebook Page on December 10, 2021.

7. Invite people to vote for your Christmas Tree by clicking "LIKE" on the photo of your Christmas Tree on the DPHA Facebook page. Be sure to share the link to your Christmas Tree's photo from the DPHA's Facebook Page to encourage voting. ONLY "Likes" on the ORIGINAL PHOTO will be counted as votes. The photo with the most likes at midnight on December 22, 2021, will be named the winner. The winner will be announced and the snow globe will be delivered to the winner on Monday, December 23, 2021.

8. The winner will receive bragging rights and the snow globe to display in your business.

9. You are responsible for removing your Christmas Tree and any debris from your display no later than January 3, 2022
