MySaebrs Parent Permission

Clifton-Clyde is committed to supporting every student’s academic growth as well as their social, emotional, and behavioral growth. Our goal is for all students to be able to regulate their emotions, develop positive relationships, and make responsible decisions. As part of this process all students in grades 2-12 will be completing a screener in the fall and spring called the mySAEBRS (Social, Academic, Emotional, Behaviors Risk Screener). SAEBRS is a survey conducted through Illuminate Education/Fastbridge and will be administered by me.

The screener will ask students a total of 19 questions. This data will be gathered and reviewed in order to develop next steps to support all students' needs. If there is any concerning data this will warrant a call to parents to help develop a plan to best support the student.

A copy of this survey is located on the USD224 website (www.usd224.com), click menu, in State Requirements click “Student Perspective Surveys”.

If you want your child/children to participate please complete the form below. Please let us know if you have any questions or would like to discuss further.
