LINK 21 Application
This is an application for the Link & Learn Project, a 21st Century Community Learning Center sponsored by Achieve Arts Academy, Inc. This program will provide after school tutoring, enrichment, mentoring, and more. This program will also offer resources to the parents and families of our middle school students. The Link & Learn Project will operate Monday-Thursdays from 2:00PM-5:00PM for students. Please fill out the following application to register your student(s) for this program.
