2024 Summer Childcare Camp Registration
Welcome to step 1 of 2 for our online registration!

Complete this summer childcare camp registration form to register your child to our camp. Online registration is available beginning on March 1, 2024 at 9:00am. You'll receive a confirmation message and further information via email from Chelsey Dornbos- cdornbos@jpsonline.org.

This does not guarantee a placement. Completed paperwork and a registration fee is required.

Teacher student ratio in the summer camp program is 1:15. Student are expected to be able to function within this ratio without needed assistance. If your student is unable to function in this ratio- your placement may be at risk.
