1:30 - 3:30pm - ALL students must be picked up in the back parking lot at the cafeteria.
ONLY use this form if you are signing up for the ENTIRE 6 days. If you are only planning to attend partial days, please plan to send money to school with your student and the cost is $7 per day.

Cost for all 6 Days is $35 per student.
Cost for individual days is $7 per day.

Friday - Oni (episodes 3 & 4)
Admission includes: water or juice, yogurt, chips or pretzels. Students can pre-pay for all 6 days, or pay daily at the door, $7 per day. You can only pre-pay if you are paying for all 6 days. Students paying for individual days must pay at the door and do not need to complete the sign-up form. Students paying after Dec. 1st, must pay at the door. Students paying for the entire 6 days will receive a wristband in class on Dec 9th to wear for the week. If your child attends Children’s Center, ASES, or 4th R a staff member will escort your child from the cafeteria to room 36 and/or 4th R. Sign-up forms are also available in the front office. Students only attending 5 or fewer days do not complete the signup form and are responsible for bringing payment with them to the cafeteria each day they plan to participate.
