Refer to the "Sponsorship Level Sheet" on the BPAA website for information regarding options included with selected sponsorship.

BPAA Standard Room Rate @ $289/night + tax
The resort fee is included,  parking fee $10/night (self-park) or $20/night (valet-park)

**Exhibitors and Bronze level sponsors may choose to purchase a conference registration to attend Thursday Evening (Executive Board Member Exclusive Event) and Saturday evening events, only. **  Additional conference registrations for Silver-Diamond level sponsors may also be purchased.**

General Conference Schedule:
Friday, July 28, 2023
8:00am-12:30pm Exhibit Set-Up
3:00pm-6:30pm Registration-Attendees must go thru exhibits in order to register for the conference
6:00pm-8:00pm Welcome and Networking Reception-Will take place within the exhibit hall for more exposure
Saturday, July 29, 2022
8:00am -9:00am Exhibits Open during Continental Breakfast
10:30am-12:00pm Exhibit Breakdown

Once registered, additional details to follow.  This will include information regarding the Thursday Night BPAA Executive Board Event, as applicable.

Upon receipt of this form, an invoice for the total cost will be sent to the primary contact's identified email address.  All payments are due within 6 weeks of invoice.  *All payments must be received by 5/1/2023 to guarantee space and company information in printed materials.*
