Please submit this form FOR EACH CHILD needing sparring gear. Example: You have 2 kids, please submit 2 separate forms. Flexible payment options are available! Once the form is received I will send an invoice for payment and/or make arrangements, depending on what works best for you.

The following sparring gear (all BLACK gear) is required for sparring:

- Helmet ($35) with Face Shield ($35)
- Gloves ($28)
- Foot Pads ($28)
- Chest Protector ($50)
- Mouthpiece ($5)

+ Required: Groin Cup with supporter for males (buy online or Dick's Sporting Goods)

Foot Pad Measurements Length of foot - Measure the length of the foot: back of heel to tip of big toe.

Hand Pads - $28 per pair. For kids, CH-M and CH-Large are most common for kids.
