This visit is open to members of the organisations only.
The first 20 members of each organisation will be invited to the event. Any further registrants will be added to the waiting list.
You will receive an email to inform you if you are invited or if you are on the waiting list. If you do not receive such an email within 7 days, please send an email to chair@aes-be.org.
Please let us know ASAP if you are no longer able to come, so someone else may be invited.
