Tuition/Late Fees acknowledgement-I understand that tuition must be paid on Monday of the week attending. Any payment received after Monday will result in a late fee of $10.00 added to your tuition bill. You will be given a courtesy email if your balance is two weeks over due or if the balance exceeds $100. Your Child can be withdrawn from the program due to non payment of fees. When your balance has been paid in full, your child may re-enter the Husky Hangout after school program.  *Typing your name in the space provided will act as your signature. *
