Mosaic Experiment Consent Response Team Candidate: Community Feedback

Mosaic Experiment's Consent Team consists of two branches, the Response Team and the Education Auxiliary.  You can read the descriptions for each team HERE.

Members of the Response Team go through a community vetting process.   This vetting process hopes to establish and strengthen community trust. Response Team members should have excellent people skills, model good consent behavior, and exercise wisdom in addressing any incidents. We want them to be able to put people at ease, hold boundaries, and maintain confidentiality.  

Your feedback informs us whether or not our candidate is trusted by and has the support of the community. It's especially important to know if there's any reason we should consider declining a nominee. Please encourage your fellow burners to share their thoughts as well!

This survey is anonymous, confidential, and should only take a few minutes to complete.

You are invited to join us post-event for a community call.
We'd like to open up a broader dialogue with the community about what our focus should be, how our priorities should be shifting, and how we can best create more safety and trust in our process moving forward.
 
Before we make any changes on our end we really want to bring in your voices and let the community steer our evolution as much as possible. We're going to put out an invitation shortly after the event to join us for a community call. If you have opinions, criticisms, or hopes for what's possible regarding how we can best serve the community, we'd really like to hear from you.
 
And, as always... This is a volunteer-led effort that is run by the community. If you're super passionate about this work and want to figure out ways to help write our next chapter, please consider volunteering with us! We're a tiny team that is doing important work, and we would love to welcome more of you into shaping our process from within the team.
